West Wales Wedding Photography
Documentary wedding photography in the West of Wales
Here are some samples of my West Wales wedding photography. The below blog posts represents a few favourite images from each West Wales wedding that I have photographed recently. The region has never been clearly defined but it is commonly agreed to cover the counties of Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. This area of the Principality is home to some of the most beautiful countryside, coastlines and beaches in Britain, it is equally popular for surfing, hiking, coasteering, bird watching, dolphin spotting, holiday destination and of course as a wedding location. My approach to wedding photography is natural and emotive. I allow the day to unfold without intrusion and capture the unhindered essence with the understated aesthetic of reportage photography. Popular wedding venues in West Wales include, Crug Glas, The Grove, Hammet House, Manorbier Castle and Nanteos Mansion.
So if you are currently planning your wedding, and looking for a West Wales wedding photographer who can capture your day with natural and emotive imagery, please do not hesitate to get in touch. My approach to wedding photography is friendly yet unobtrusive, designed to let you enjoy your day whilst I capture the essence with an understated reportage aesthetic. I work tirelessly to please my clients and so very proud of the feedback I hear from client comments;
“We would highly recommend Sacha! He captured every special moment of our wedding day and our photos are incredible. We can’t thank him enough!!!”

Pembrokeshire Wedding Photography – Katie & Henry
Kate and Henry's September wedding in 2022 took place at the Pembrokeshire village of Newport. The amount of work to organise and host a wedding in a private garden is not to be under estimated. The trick is I think is to trust your suppliers to their craft once the day begins, allowing you to...
Cliff Hotel & Spa Wedding Photography – Charlotte & Jordan
The interesting thing about photographing a wedding on the coast of West Wales, is that if you do not like the weather, wait five minutes! On today, the 25th June 2022, the weather conditions seemed to change just about every five minutes, between blustery wind, down pouring rain and gorgeous...

Mwnt Church Wedding Photography – Hazel & Tom

What If It Rains On Our Wedding Day? – Manorbier Castle
I am often asked by recently engaged couples, "What if it rains on our wedding day?" My answer is generally something about staying dry and comfortable and enjoy the atmosphere created by everyone huddling around the bar. Keeping an eye on the weather and utilising any break or easing off by the...
