Here are a few photographs from the wedding of Jennifer and Christopher. They were married on Saturday 8th April 2017 at St Elli Church in Llanelli with the reception hosted over the road at Llanelly House. The couple also requested a few portraits of the two of them at the local favourite spot, Parc Howard. The same park we used a few years ago as backdrop for Jennifer’s sisters wedding. It was nice to see the family again, especially the new little additions that have since made an appearance.
Llanelly House is one of the most notable historic properties in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, Wales. Built in the early 18th century by Sir Thomas Stepney, it was described as the most outstanding domestic building in the style of a Georgian town house in South Wales. However with the family fortunes failing over the generations, it had fallen in a derelict state by 2003, when it was championed by Laurence Llewelyn Bowen in the BBC series, Restoration. Though it took several years to secure the funding and complete the archaeological investigations. The doors were finally re-opened to the public in 2013 with historic tours, cafe, gift shop and as an events venue.
