The 20th April saw me return to Oldwalls, for the first time in 2017. I was here in Gower, Wales to photograph the wedding of Kathryn and Nick. I arrived in the morning to begin coverage with the bridal preparations at Mulberry House, a self catering cottage, just a stone throw away from the wedding venue. Meanwhile the groom was greeting their guests as they arrived for the marriage ceremony at Oldwalls. A short while later they were joined by the bride, escorted by her father and five bridesmaids. It was humours wedding when Nick pulled out a surprise wedding ring, and the good humour lasted the remainder of the day. The best man speech was very memorable, all sung as a parody to Disney film songs. A lot work but was joyously received by all. Later in the evening the Spring sun made a appearance, which basked the front field in a warm glow. The joviallness continued when half way through the first dance, this fun loving couple broke into a Gangnam style routine, much to everyone’s delight.
