King Arthur Hotel Wedding Photography

A More Natural Approach to Wedding Photography

Here are some examples of my King Arthur wedding photography that I have created at this 19th tradition country inn located on the Gower Peninsular in South Wales. This family run wedding venue is named after the fable of Kings Arthurs stone. Local legend tells is located on the Cefn Bryn moor, the highest point of Gower and a short distance from the hotel. The inn boasts open log fires within its cosy bar, though the wedding breakfast is served in the inn’s purpose built oak beamed banqueting hall. Where guests can enjoy the generous gardens and delicious rural views. Below you can see some previous blog posts featuring King Arthur Hotel wedding photography that I can documented in my role as a South Wales wedding photographer.

“Great photos – it’s going to be a hard selecting our favourites. Thank you for capturing so many lovely moments”

King Arthur Hotel Wedding Photography

Wedding photography at King Arthur Hotel offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and coastal beauty in the heart of South Wales. Located in the picturesque village of Reynoldston on the stunning Gower Peninsula, this much loved venue provides a relaxed countryside setting just minutes from some of Britain’s most dramatic coastline.

One of the key attractions for wedding photography here is the variety of backdrops within easy reach. The hotel’s charming stone buildings, landscaped gardens, and purpose-built Avalon function suite create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for ceremonies and receptions. Inside, the light-filled spaces allow for soft, natural images during the vows and speeches, while the cosy interiors lend themselves beautifully to candid, documentary-style coverage throughout the day.

Outside, the grounds offer lovely opportunities for relaxed couple portraits. The surrounding Gower landscape adds even more possibilities, with rolling hills, open fields, and nearby beaches providing breathtaking scenery.

The King Arthur Hotel is known for its friendly, laid-back atmosphere, and this relaxed energy translates naturally into photography. Guests feel at ease, which allows genuine laughter, emotional moments, and spontaneous celebrations to unfold organically.

Wedding photography at the King Arthur Hotel is about capturing authentic moments in a setting that combines countryside character with coastal beauty, a true reflection of everything that makes a South Wales wedding so special.

King Arthur Hotel Wedding Days

King Arthur Hotel Wedding Photography

So why book me for your King Arthur Hotel wedding? My documentary approach ensures the photography does not turn the day into a photoshoot, but merely captures the day in its natural flow. No awkward poses, no cheesy grins, just honest, emotive, story telling imagery. I aim to provide an elegant pictorial record of your perfect wedding day.

My advice to anyone getting married, is to relax and enjoy yourself on the day, chat and laugh with friends and family and the photography will take care of itself. If this sounds like it might suit you and you would like to discuss your wedding photography requirements any further, or just wish to check on my availability and fee, then please do contact me.

“Would 100% Recommend. Sacha was completely brilliant from the initial conversation through to the day itself. The photos were phenomenal, capturing all of the days moments. “Sacha was fantastic! I was very specific in wanting to capture the narrative of the day and that I wanted atmosphere over posed photographs.”

“I have a background in Fine Art and Sacha was the only wedding photographer I liked, so I was very happy that he was able to do our wedding. He even ran into the sea with us for some quirky shots in the wind and rain! He never complained despite getting soaked and the photos captured such a beautiful vibe of the day. I would highly recommend him.”

“He was so discreet but captured some wonderful moments throughout the day.”

“Sacha was great in the lead up the wedding; listening and understanding what we wanted from the day as well as working with us to accommodate the different locations of the bridal party and ensuring photos were taken in all. On the day you hardly knew Sacha was there but the photos showed he was everywhere!! We are so happy and proud of the photos.”
