Glanusk Estate Wedding Photography
A More Natural Approach to Wedding Photography
Glanusk Estate is privately owned and run by the Legge-Bourke family. Located in the rural Welsh countryside of the Usk Valley near the town of Crickhowell in South Wales. It has been in the same family since 1826 when the iron master Sir Joseph Bailey, purchased the land and built a mansion house. The mansion was unfortunately demolished in 1952 following serious damage when the army took over the residence during the Second Word War. Penmyarth House which the family used in the winter months, is now the main residence. The spacious drawing room can hold up to 25 people for smaller wedding ceremonies, the estate own church, which is a short picturesque walk down to its’ river side location is another option for up to 100 people. There is also plenty of space in the landscaped gardens and parkland that can accommodate larger marquees. Whilst the Glanusk Lodge and several other cottages within the estate are able to accommodate overnight requirements. Below is is a collection of Glanusk Estate wedding photography assignments that I have undertaken..
Glanusk Estate Wedding Photography
So why book me for your Glanusk Estate wedding photography? My documentary approach ensures the photography does not turn the day into a photoshoot, but merely captures the day in its natural flow. No awkward poses, no cheesy grins, just honest, emotive, story telling imagery. I aim to provide an elegant pictorial record of your perfect wedding day. My advice to anyone getting married, is to relax and enjoy yourself on the day, chat and laugh with friends and family and the photography will take care of itself. If this sounds like it might suit you and you would like to discuss your wedding photography requirements any further, or just wish to check on my availability and fee, then please do contact me.
