Gileston Manor Wedding Photography
A More Natural Approach to Wedding Photography
Here are some examples from my previous Gileston Manor wedding photography assignments. Gileston Manor is a Grade II listed manor house, situated on the Vale of Glamorgan Heritage Coast line in South Wales. This exclusive wedding venue benefits from nine acres of manicured gardens, surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside with views of Limpert Bay and the Bristol Channel. The picturesque church of St Giles, is located within the grounds, allowing for a religious marriage ceremony, as well as options for a civic ceremony such as the summer house and covered secret garden. The drinks reception can be hosted on the manor house main lawn that rolls out into the coastal scenery and also the aromatic walled garden with all of its flora splendour. The wedding breakfast can be served to up 140 seated guest in the purpose built marquee, situated on the west side of the grounds, thus benefiting from the evening sun as it sets over the neighbouring wheat fields.
There is also on site accommodation available, with eight unique outbuildings converted into luxury rooms, together these can sleep up to 24 people. The manor house itself has also been fully renovated, and these eight rooms can accommodate up to 18 people. Notably the bridal suite was designed by renowned Welsh fashion designer David Emanuel, who of course is best known for designing the wedding dress worn by Diana, Princess of Wales. If you are planning a wedding at Gileston Manor and looking for a South Wales wedding photographer please do not hesitate to enquire after my availability.
“I just wanted to say thank you for our beautiful wedding photos! Thank you for your time and efforts on our wedding day. Knowing you were there took a weight off our minds. We had such a wonderful day, far better than we ever could have hoped given the circumstances. Your pictures are amazing and really capture everyone’s enjoyment of the day.”
