I photographed the wedding of Helen and Thomas on the 5th May 2022. The original wedding date and plans having altered somewhat following the recent restrictions, this was a truncated version, though with all of the splendour. Today’s guests was just close family and friends so attendance was around 30 people. The full day coverage would be bit of an overkill, thus the couple opted for photographic coverage from preparations to the speeches. In the morning I met up with both wedding parties, as they were getting ready at the luxurious Calcot and Spa Hotel near Tetbury in the Cotswolds. The actual marriage ceremony was at St John the Baptist Church in Kingscote, Gloucestershire. We then returned to Calcot and Spa for the wedding reception. Drinks were served in the courtyard, just outside the converted barn were the celebratory meal would be served.
