Catrin and Jack were originally scheduled to be married in 2020, thanks to the unmentionable world wide situation, their wedding day was delayed until May 2022. This obviously has happened to a lot of couples, and like them rather than put their lives completely on hold the unfortunate delay did allow for the birth of their marvellous baby daughter. Whose presence only added charm to this wonderful wedding. The photographic coverage began in the morning at Catrin’s parent’s home in Wenvoe of South Wales. The marriage ceremony took place at the local church, St Mary’s. Once the nuptials were exchanged, guests gathered outside the church to congratulate the newlyweds and shower them with confetti. Then everyone made their way to Hensol Castle to continue the celebrations. Though the day had started with heavy showers, it had remained dry since the morning, though the wind continued to whip around the lake and trees with in the castle grounds. This kept the wedding guests confined to the lovely interior of the castle, but we did venture outside for a few windswept images of the bride and groom amongst the scenery.
“Thank you so so much for sending these through, I’m blown away with how beautiful they are.Thank you as well for putting us at ease on the day, Jack in particular isn’t a fan of having his picture taken but he absolutely loves the ones you’ve taken!”
