Here are some photographs that I created for Hannah and Mark at their wedding at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff, South Wales. The bridal preparations took place at the bride’s parent’s home in the morning of Saturday 10th September 2016. The marriage ceremony was at the Weston Gallery within the Anthony Hopkins Centre at the Music College. The centre is actually renovated stables that once belonged to Cardiff Castle. Its namesake, the famous Welsh actor studied at the college in the 1960’s. The drinks reception which took place in the quad, which was followed by a short walk through Coopers field, along the tree lined canal trail to arrive at the other end of the college, where the modern building now provides state of the art theatre and concert hall for the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. The vast glass walled entrance hall of this elegant building provided the dramatic location for the wedding breakfast and evening celebrations, providing beautiful views of sun drenched park lands. This was my second time as a wedding photographer at the college and it really is becoming a premier venue in South Wales, the availability is limited due to the college term time commitments, but if you manage to get a date, I would not hesitate to book.
