Here are some samples of a postponed wedding shoot I undertook for some wedding photography clients. Like thousands of other couples in the United Kingdom and across the globe, Lauren and Scott have had to postpone their wedding this year thanks to the coronavirus pandemic and the following government restrictions. They had originally planned to commission a pre-wedding or engagement shoot, though this turned into a postponed wedding shoot. However thanks to the stricter travel restrictions in Wales, Lauren and Scott had to be a bit more patient before I could legally travel to the Cotswolds for this couple shoot. They decided on the location of the park and lake at the family run Miserden Estate near Stroud in Gloucestershire. This was my first photographic shoot since late March, so after dusting the cameras down it soon felt like familiar times as I stretched those creative muscles to produce some natural portraits as the couple enjoyed a walk in the country. Hopefully I will see Lauren and Scott later this year (though it may well be next year at this rate) to take up my role as a Cotswold wedding photographer once more.
