  • I will provide a good mix of colour and black and white photography. I personally edit and process all of the pictures, and will judge each image on its merit. Generally speaking an image will look best one way or another, though sometimes I will provide both. I tend to use colour for the formal parts of the day and when the natural light is more prominent, making the skin tones look amazing. Black and white is useful when the artificial ambient lighting has a strong colour cast, or if the scene has distracting colours that distracts from the subject matter. Though I realise this can be a personal preference, and you can inform me of this here;
  • A £175 down payment will be added to your coverage fee, the balance is only payable once you have approved the final layout design after the wedding.
  • A booking fee of £350 (non-refundable after 14 days) is required with the booking form to formally confirm your date. The balance of the coverage fee is required no later than 14 days before the wedding date, an invoice will be issued in advance.

For example if the first dance / dancing is being unnaturally delayed. 2) The commission fee is guaranteed and will remain the same, however I reserve the right to change without notice all other options, though with pre-order goods, where only a down payment has been taken, price can only rise with an increase in manufacturer cost. 3) The client is entering a contract of temporary employment but may cancel at any time by giving written notice to the photographer but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. Unless cancellation is received within 14 days of confirmed booking, in which case the client is entitled to a full refund of the deposit.  Should cancellation be received by the photographer less than 90 days prior to the date of the ceremony, the client shall pay an additional amount so that the total paid by the client is equal to 100% of the booking value. 4) In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party (though every effort will be made by the photographer to find a suitable and mutually agreed replacement, if cancellation is due to ill health and/or within 90 days of the ceremony date) or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss. 5) Copyright of the images remains with the photographer at all times, including the right to use the images for self-promotion, though the client has a license to produce prints and share electronically for non-commercial use. 6) The client understands and accepts that the photographic coverage will be as the photographer’s professional expertise determines and that no one photograph will be deemed more important than another. Special requests are not binding instruction, although every effort is made to comply with the client’s wishes.
