Here are a few of the photographs I provided for Annie and Rhod at their Hensol Castle wedding. They were married on 28th October 2021. An autumnal wedding which did provide some weather related challenges, but with a little flexibility we managed to capture the bride and groom amongst the picturesque grounds before the rain came. Apart from a few family groups, the remainder of my photographic coverage was to capture the day in its natural flow. This allows for plenty of candidly documented moments as the guests catch up with each other within the castle’s reception rooms. The team behind Hensol Castle have been busy, with the bedrooms nearly fully renovated. Which would be a welcome and convenient luxury, currently guests wishing to stay overnight are transported to the Vale Hotel. Both venues are owned by the same group. Another addition since my last visit was the opening of the long awaited gin distillery, where you can tour the facility and also book to make your own bespoke gin.
Annie and Rhod were kind enough to leave me some lovely kind words on my Google review page;
“We have just recieved our photos from our most special day. They have completely exceeded all our expectations and made us laugh, cry and smile from cheek to cheek. We wanted a more natural approach for our photography and Sacha achieved this without any comprise. Sacha was brilliant from the initial communications right through until the wedding day. Our gallery is a story book. Thank you Sacha for letting us relieve our day over and over again.”
