This wedding was bit of a first for me, not before I have photographed a bride with pink hair. The groom even joined in with multi colour streaks on his hair, so the theme was well and truly set for this wedding. Charlotte and Greg got married on 19th October 2017 at the Georgian period Peterstone Court Hotel near Brecon in Wales. In the morning both parties were getting ready at the hotel, so I split my time between the two, capturing both set of preparations. The marriage ceremony was held in the hotel’s ballroom in front of the double height vertical windows that the Georgian period architects did so well. Once the celebratory hugs were exchanged in the hall way, where every one had a chance to kiss the bride and shake the groom’s hand, we braved the autumnal weather. Outside confetti was thrown and we took a few groups shots of close family and the wedding party, and a cpuple of just the bride and groom as they wandering along the long winding driveway. It was not long before we retreated back into the warmth of Peterstone Court, where further liquid refreshment was sought, before everyone was called into the wedding breakfast. Following a delicious meal, we were treated to some amusing and heartfelt speeches, that led into the evening celebrations with plenty of dance floor antics.
