The morning of Friday 10th July 2015 I split my time between the bridal preparations at her mother’s house in Barry, South Wales and the groom who was getting ready at his parents’ home in The Knap. The marriage ceremony took place at All Saint’s Church in Barry, which lived up to its local nickname ‘Barrybados’ by providing scorching hot weather, which continued as the guests made their way to the Manor House Hotel in Penarth, South Wales for the wedding reception.
