A More Natural Approach to Wedding Photography
Here are some samples of my Swansea wedding photography including the Gower peninsular. Each blog post below represents a few favourite images from each Swansea and Gower wedding that I have photographed recently. This area of the Principality lies within the historic county of Glamorgan, includes Swansea Bay, marina, and the picturesque seaside area of Mumbles.Swansea is the second largest city in Wales, during the 19th century it was known as Copperpolis due to its importance to the copper-smelting industry. Within this coastal city and Gower peninsular, lies some marvellous wedding venues, such as the Morgans Hotel, National Waterfront Museum, Fairyhill, Oldwalls, King Arthur Hotel, Ocean View and Oxwich Bay Hotel.
My approach to wedding photography has a strong ethos of allowing the happy couple to enjoy the day. I aim to provide candid and emotive photographs without intruding into the natural flow of the day. So if you are currently planning your wedding, and looking for a Swansea wedding photographer who can capture your day with natural and emotive imagery, please do not hesitate to get in touch. My approach to wedding photography is friendly yet unobtrusive, designed to let you enjoy your day whilst I capture the essence with an understated reportage aesthetic. I work tirelessly to please my clients and so very proud of the feedback I hear from client comments;
“Thank you so much for the fantastic photos we received this week from our wedding. They are beautiful and we are thrilled.”

MY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE
As a highly experienced, award winning wedding photographer available in the Cotswolds my main advice to anyone getting married, is to relax and enjoy yourself on the day.
Whilst I specialise in a more natural and candid approach to wedding photography, I appreciate that you may want a few formal group shots of close family and friends. You may also require a couple of portraits of just the two of you to utilise the surroundings. I am more than happy to take these types of photographs and are totally at your discretion. With a little organisational assistance from your ushers or bridesmaids, the groups can usually be done in a few minutes.
WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY REVIEWS
I am fortunate enough to attract the nicest couples as clients, who have trusted me to document their wonderful wedding days. I do not take this trust lightly, so I constantly strive to justify this honour and produce the most beautiful pictorial record. Here are some kind words from my happy clients.
“Would 100% Recommend. Sacha was completely brilliant from the initial conversation through to the day itself. He was great at listening to what we wanted and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. The photos were phenomenal, capturing all of the days moments. We were able to completely relive the day looking though all the photos. Great with communication and so easy to deal with on the day. Absolutely fantastic service!”
“Sacha was fantastic! I was very specific in wanting to capture the narrative of the day and that I wanted atmosphere over posed photographs. I have a background in Fine Art and Sacha was the only wedding photographer I liked, so I was very happy that he was able to do our wedding. He even ran into the sea with us for some quirky shots in the wind and rain! He never complained despite getting soaked and the photos captured such a beautiful vibe of the day. I would highly recommend him.”
“Sacha was great in the lead up the wedding; listening and understanding what we wanted from the day as well as working with us to accommodate the different locations of the bridal party and ensuring photos were taken in all. On the day you hardly knew Sacha was there but the photos showed he was everywhere!! He was so discreet but captured some wonderful moments throughout the day. We are so happy and proud of the photos.”
