Joe and Robert were married on 25th August 2017 at a same sex wedding ceremony in Cardiff, South Wales. My photographic coverage started in the morning with Joe as he prepared for the day at his brother’s home. Where the niece and nephew, who were to be flower girl and page boy, kept us entertained with their antics that continued through the day. We then made our way to the Anthony Hopkins Centre, part of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff, South Wales. Here the marriage ceremony was performed, which was followed by congratulations and drinks in the quad area. The wedding breakfast was served in the lobby of the new building at RWCMD where the glassed walled atrium bathes the interior in natural light. The two groom’s and their close family made their way through the park, allowing the guests the shorter trip between the two buildings, so they could greet the newly married couple upon their arrival. After some emotional speeches, there was a chance to relax and be entertained by a close up magician until the evening celebrations were kicked off with the first dance.
“Thanks for the pictures and thanks for all the work you did on the day and in the time since prepping these pictures.
We have to admit we did have high expectations after seeing some of the work you have done previously but we can both say we are blown away by some of the pictures you have taken. Your style is exactly what we were looking for and we love the pictures.
Our fav is defiantly the one with me crying and Rob laughing at me. We both knew it was going to be like that on the day but the picture captures the moment so perfectly.
Also looking through the pictures, you get to see the emotion, the fun and expressions on peoples faces so well, we have both looked through them many times since downloading them.”
