Abigail and John held their wedding reception at the River & Rowing Museum in Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire on a glorious sun filled Saturday 11th July 2015. I started the day photographing the bridal preparations before moving on to the ceremony venue, Henley Baptist Church in the town centre. Once the nuptials were exchanged, overlooked in part by John’s father who is a minister in his own right, guest were served with homemade tea and cake.
The bride and groom then requested a couple of photographs at the picturesque Marsh Lock and Weir before walking along the Thames river footpath to the River and Rowing Museum where guests where playing games on the meadow whilst enjoying the river breeze in the warm weather. A barbecue provided the wedding breakfast, followed by the speeches, and Ceilidh band ensured the night was danced away.
