On 24th August 2014 I photographed the Rhinefield House wedding of Katherine and Matthew. A beautiful sunny day allowed for an outside marriage ceremony in the grounds of this 1887 manor house, set deep within the New Forest National Park.
Before celebrations at Rhinefield House the day started at Katehrine’s parent’s home in Southampton for the bridal preparations which filled the house full of laughter. It was the second time I had met the bride’s family, last year I had the pleasure of photographing Katherine’s brother’s wedding to Rebecca on a farm in Devon, you can see some of those images here.
Shortly after I delivered the photographs to the bride and groom, I received this lovely note.
“Dear Sacha – We just wanted to say thank you so much for our wedding photos that arrived yesterday. Having seen my brother’s photos that you did last year we knew they would be amazing but the reality of how you have managed to capture the emotion of the day is just first class. It was a pleasure to have had you with us on our special day and we will treasure these photos for the rest of our lives.
Thank you once again and we would be more than happy to recommend you on to our friends, and perhaps we will see you again when the next Radford sibling ties the knot…!
Wishing you all the best, Kate and Matt”
Friends and family of the happy couple can see the complete galley of their wedding photography here.
