The week proceeding today, Sunday 28th August 2011, Rachel and Robin were married in a private ceremony in Africa, on returning to the UK they held a wedding party in a tipi pitched at the farm owned by Rachel’s parents. I had rarely seen such torrential rain as what I witnessed on my car journey to photograph this wedding party, but as if by divine intervention the clouds parted just in time, though from our position, high on the hills near Cowbridge in South Wales the wind continued to misbehave. The day consisted of an intimate renewal of the weddings vows, after which more guests arrived to enjoy some great speeches and even greater dancing, featuring some traditional Jewish wedding Israeli dancing.
