Just received this lovely thank you card from Emily and Nick whose wedding I photographed at Miskin Manor in 2011, you can see some of my favourite images from their special day in the original blog post here. Reading the comments I take it as a huge compliment that some guests did not realise there was an official photographer, for me that is documentary wedding photography at its best despite taking a little time to take some family group photographs and a few of just the bride and groom this part of the day did not take over the drinks reception and so it has transpired that some of the guest did not even realise that had been taken.
“I know this card is a little late considering we got married back in October, but life has been a bit crazy since coming back and deciding to move house…never a dull moment in my life! The photos are unbelievable and a real credit to your talent. You were so discreet and some guests weren’t even aware we had a photographer there! Trying to choose the photographs for the album has been a real struggle as they are all so brilliant! We definite;y made the right decision in booking you all that time ago and we will surely be recommending you to all our friends!
