Alex and Kevin were married on the 28th December 2011 at St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Bridgend, South Wales. After the marriage ceremony there was a mince pies and mulled wine served in the church hall before the everybody made their way to the National Museum Cardiff for the wedding reception.

The museum is such an amazing place and its art collection includes works from Cezanne, Monet , Pissarro, Van Gaugh and a bronze cast of Rodin’s sculpture The kiss. Much of collection was donated by two sisters, Gwendoline and Margaret Davies, both served with the French Red Cross during the First World War. Their grandfather was David Davies who made his fortune during the industrialisation of Victorian Wales.

In the next few days the whole set of photographs from Alex and Kevin’s wedding will be made available for friends and family to view online, please click: wedding photography
